Careerguidetoday helps international students win admission and scholarships for Master's and PhD study in China — from working out what you qualify for, through preparing and submitting the applications, to the student visa.
We publish a directory of universities, programs and scholarships so you can see what exists and decide what interests you. That information is scattered across hundreds of university websites, much of it in Chinese, much of it out of date, and rarely in a form that lets you compare two options side by side. We collect it, record it against the university it belongs to, and publish it in one consistent structure.
Then we do the part that is genuinely hard: checking your profile against what each faculty is actually accepting this intake, assembling a document file that will not be rejected, and running the scholarship application alongside the admission one. That is the service you pay us for.
We are starting with China because it has one of the largest scholarship programmes in the world for international postgraduate students, and because the information gap is widest there. The platform is built so that other countries can be added later without rebuilding it.
How we handle information
We do not invent information
If we have not verified a tuition fee, a deadline or a ranking, the page says "Information not available". An empty field is more useful to an applicant than a confident guess.
Every claim points to its source
University, program and scholarship pages carry an official source link, so you can check what we publish. The university remains the authority on its own admissions.
Records show when they were checked
Each entry displays the date its information was last verified, so you can judge how current it is rather than having to assume.
What we do not do
We do not represent any university, and we cannot guarantee admission or a scholarship — those decisions belong to the universities and the awarding bodies. Anyone promising otherwise is not being straight with you. We tell you your realistic chances before you commit to anything, and if you would rather apply on your own, we will say so.
If you find an error in anything we publish, tell us and we will correct it.
